Our steel fabrication plant is located in Northern Colorado and is outfitted with the latest advancements in technology allowing for efficient and defect free fabrication of the required steel components.
Capabilities & Expertise

Through our tracking system, we barcode, track, and manage every piece of steel from procurement, fabrication and transportation through to erection. It gives us complete visibility within our plant. Further, we employ a 3D viewer to display detailed information on the fabrication status of each piece of steel so we can easily identify the impact of design changes.

Metal Solutions has a network of high-quality, reliable subcontractors and suppliers that we rely on when we need to expand our capacity. Each subcontractor goes through a rigorous inspection that analyzes their production capacity, process and quality, financial strength, safety and record of performance. Marrying expanded capacity with our state-of-the-art material tracking/management systems enables us to successfully perform any steel project no matter how large or complex.
Competitive Scope & Pricing

For design build projects what is not shown on the pricing drawings is often more important than what is. We believe to run a successful design build project, all items must be included in the scope from the beginning. If a stair is shown, we will include railing on the stair that will meet the applicable codes. This full inclusion allows Metal Solutions to deliver the best product with the best price from the beginning. When the scope already includes elements as they are designed, it minimizes change orders throughout the project. We believe this provides more realistic pricing on the project from the begining stage through final occupancy.
